The Phonak CROS EON R is a rechargeable CROS hearing solution designed for people with single-sided deafness or unaidable hearing loss in one ear. It works together with a compatible Phonak Audéo EON R hearing aid by capturing sound from the side with limited or no usable hearing and transmitting it wirelessly to the better-hearing ear.

CROS EON R is specifically designed for individuals who have significant or unaidable hearing loss in one ear while the other ear has usable hearing.

The CROS device picks up sounds from the unaidable side and sends them to the Audéo EON R hearing aid worn on the better-hearing ear. This can help reduce the need to constantly turn your head or reposition yourself to hear someone speaking from your poorer-hearing side.

CROS Balance for Personalized Listening

The built-in CROS Balance feature allows the balance between the CROS signal and the sound received by the hearing aid side to be adjusted. This gives users greater control over how much sound is coming from each side.

Rechargeable Convenience

CROS EON R features a fully rechargeable design for everyday convenience. A full charge provides up to 20 hours of battery life, although actual battery performance can vary depending on hearing loss, environmental conditions, streaming use and activated features.
