Starkey Omega AI+ 24

Premium Hearing Technology – Starkey's Most Advanced AI, Now With Four Neural Networks Working Together

Starkey Omega AI+ 24 is the premium technology level of Starkey's newest hearing aid family, launched October 2026. It runs on the new G4 Gen AI Neuro Processor, where four specialized deep neural networks share the work of making speech clear, keeping background noise in check and holding on to natural, comfortable sound – all in real time, all day.

Flexible 0% Interest Financing – Access premium hearing technology today with convenient, interest-free monthly payment options.

Advanced Connectivity – Stream phone calls, music, TV audio and media directly from compatible smartphones and devices over Bluetooth® LE Audio, and tune in to Auracast™ broadcasts in airports, theaters and other equipped venues.

Hands-Free Calling – Take and manage calls through your hearing aids on compatible iPhone® and Android™ smartphones.

What's New in Omega AI+

• Quad DNN Architecture: Four deep neural networks run side by side on one chip – handling speech enhancement, noise reduction, directionality and spatial awareness, and loudness control – instead of a single network doing everything.
• DNN Dual Compressor: What Starkey calls the world's first neural-network compressor decides moment to moment whether to react quickly (so brief speech sounds such as consonants stay audible) or slowly (so background sound stays steady and natural). The result is clearer speech with fewer of the "pumping" artifacts that ordinary compression can cause.
• Faster processing: Starkey reports the G4 processor handles sound up to 2.7× faster than leading hearing aids marketed with DNN processing, which helps sound quality and the ability to tell where sounds are coming from.
• All-new feedback management: In Starkey's internal testing, gain before feedback improved by 21 dB in the mid frequencies and 11 dB overall, with a 32 dB reduction in feedback artifacts – less whistling, and more room for open, comfortable fittings.
• Edge Mode+ that can stay on: Retrained on richer data, Edge Mode+ can now be left active (or set to start when the hearing aids power on), so it keeps adapting as your surroundings change instead of needing a tap each time.
• Sleep Quality Tracking: Built-in sensors give a nightly sleep score, time spent awake, in light and in deep sleep, and your sleeping position (back, side or stomach). Available in the United States; a wellness feature, not a medical diagnostic.
• Hearing Aids Left Behind alert: The My Starkey app notifies you if you walk away without your hearing aids.
• StarLink Charger 3.0: The new charger has redesigned charging indicators so battery status is easy to read at a glance.

How It Helps Real-Life Users

Clear speech in noisy places – Four neural networks work together to pull the voice you want out of a busy room, while DNN 360™ keeps you aware of someone speaking beside or behind you rather than shutting the rest of the world out.

Natural, comfortable sound – The DNN Dual Compressor keeps quiet speech sounds audible without making the background surge up and down, so listening is less tiring over a long day.

Less whistling – The new feedback system gives more headroom before feedback, which matters most for people who need more amplification with an open, comfortable fit.

All-day (and all-night) battery – Up to 51 hours on a charge means a full day of wear with power to spare, and makes overnight wear for sleep tracking practical.

Peace of mind – Waterproof to 1 meter, fall detection and the new left-behind alert protect both you and your hearing aids.

Effortless connectivity – Stream calls, TV and music, join Auracast™ broadcasts in public venues, and control everything from your phone.

Usage & Setup Notes

At the core of the Omega AI+ 24 is Starkey's G4 Gen AI Neuro Processor, with neural network processing built directly into the chip. The hearing aids also use their motion sensors to tell whether you are sitting still or on the move, and adjust directional focus to suit.

With the My Starkey app you can change programs, adjust volume, switch on Edge Mode+, find and join Auracast™ broadcasts, stream calls and TV, and review health, activity and sleep data. Your hearing care professional can also make adjustments for you remotely.

For TVs, tablets and other devices that support LE Audio, the optional StarLink Edge LE Adapter (sold separately) adds another way to stream directly to Omega AI+. Starkey's TV Streamer and Table Microphone accessories are also compatible.

Sleep Quality Tracking requires wearing the hearing aids overnight. Health and wellness feature availability varies by location – please check with your hearing care professional.
